I have had many clients tell me the difference that this practice brings into their life. They feel much more clarity and authenticity as they go forward in their day. This is a practice in self-care. Doing this we are much more prepared to help others. We are also in a position to help with healthy and helpful boundaries as we differentiate our feelings from the emotions of others that we come into contact in our day.
Set your timers and then see what comes up in your 10 -10-10. You can keep momentum even if your day is looking very busy by keeping in practice and taking it into a 2-2-2. You may be surprised what you can accomplish in only 6 minutes.
